The sale of products offered on our website www.kombuchamarcha.com is governed by the following general terms and conditions of sale. P&P Family Farms S.L. sells the products offered on the website directly.
Availability
You acknowledge that the products offered by P&P Family Farms S.L. through the service are subject to stock limitations. At P&P Family Farms S.L., customers are allowed to customize their products, which makes it impossible to maintain finished products in stock, except for certain non-customized items. As a general rule, orders to our suppliers are placed on demand, meaning that P&P Family Farms S.L. will not place an order with the manufacturer until the customer’s order has been accepted.
You may not reserve a product by adding it to the shopping cart and saving it for a future session. Unless you complete the order process in full, the contents of your shopping cart will be lost at the end of each shopping session.
Occasionally, there may be unforeseen issues regarding the availability of certain products or components of your order. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible by email or phone, within twenty days from the date your order was placed and accepted by P&P Family Farms S.L. We will offer you the option to request a different item of the same type or, alternatively, to cancel the order.
Sales conditions
The customer agrees to accept the terms and provisions set out in these general conditions, with the assurance and peace of mind that in the event of any incident, we will do our best to find a quick, effective, and satisfactory solution for both parties.
The prices listed on this website are valid (unless due to a system error) for mainland Spain and include VAT.
Any order will be considered firm once payment has been completed. Otherwise, we reserve the right to suspend, modify, or cancel any pending order.
Customer obligations
The customer must inform us of any access difficulties to their residence or any circumstances that may hinder the delivery of the goods. They must also inform us of the characteristics of their location (mountain villages, areas outside urban centers, etc.) so that we can take this into account and ensure the delivery is carried out smoothly and within the expected time frame. If such circumstances cause a delay in the shipment of the order, we will do our best to expedite the process as much as possible.
Order completion
The ordering process is completed by selecting the “Confirm Order” option. Once confirmed, the order cannot be modified or cancelled, except in the cases expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
Order confirmation will be considered proof of your acceptance of the provisions included in these terms and conditions. Your order will begin to be processed once we have verified that the payment has been successfully completed. When you receive the order confirmation, it means that the verification was successful, the payment was processed correctly according to the method you selected, and we have started processing your order.
The data recorded on the website will be considered conclusive proof of the transaction details between P&P Family Farms S.L. and the customer. In the event of a dispute between P&P Family Farms S.L. and the customer regarding a transaction carried out on the website, the data recorded by P&P Family Farms S.L. will be treated as legal evidence of the transaction.
